Kevin Swaine brings to us a rich experience and capability in supporting Client/Server applications. Kevin has particularly high skills in the support and management of Mercia Lincs. Mercia Lincs is an Infor application which allows for the forecasting of products across various channels.
Kevin and I have worked before supporting GM’s North America instance of this application with 800k parts and 20 channels. This was the largest implementation of the software for some time. We have also partnered in other implementations and support strategies for this application in different regions and/or focus areas.
I welcome Kevin to the team and look forward to working with him as we bring quality solutions to more clients.

We welcome 3 new InterWest staff added in February.
Mark Dyer comes to us with a wealth of experience in System Administration and Project management. Mark is leading our plant floor technology support services. Mark has forged great relationships with Supply Chain plant floor personnel and is comfortable in both the shop or the office environment as he brings excellence to his area.
Chris Rice is a Senior Application Developer with a great depth of experience across multiple platforms, languages and projects. Chris is also highly gifted in IT process and artifact management ensuring the right sizing of process to the needs of the specific project. Chris’s consistent commitment to exacting quality and effective communication make him a welcome addition to our team.
Bev Doherty is joining us as our new Operations Manager. Bev will be managing the day to day affairs of the company and managing our public presence. Bev has many years of experience and training in human resource management and organization management. Bev has fused strong relationships with both Clients and Vendors in her past roles and we look forward to working with her to ensure InterWest is well managed and well placed in the market.

Holding certifications in several databases, InterWest draws on years of database administration and development experience as we provide services to our customers. We understand the importance of good data to enable corporations to make good decisions based on accurate information. We also understand the importance of normalcy, referential integrity, disaster recovery planning, and space and speed optimization tradeoffs. Not every database organization is correct for every application and InterWest works hard to understand the need of the application in the business to ensure the database is managed in the most effective way.

InterWest is a computer consulting company that works for enterprise clients. Initially, it began in the state of Alaska doing work for the actual state of Alaska on their computer systems. Specifically, we work with the software side of the enterprise applications. We will provide the following IT Services:
